Why? There are many reasons for developing this web site. First and foremost is that the Living History Community is made up of individuals who enjoy sharing their knowledge with others. With a few exceptions these people pay their own way and are rewarded only with the personal satisfaction gained from sharing their knowledge to others. These loose-knit portrayers of Early Americans located throughout the country have always enjoyed their autonomy. They like to go, where they like, when they like. The Catalogue is not a club or membership organization. We just want to be a resource. Our attempt in this web service is to provide to the public access to those individuals who have earned the right to be known. As reenactors or Living Historians, individuals are listed here simply to provide a means for those seeking the service of qualified participants in their Living History Events. It is also a place Living Historians can come to find others in their area with whom they can network. We want to make this site as helpful as possible. Please feel free to offer any suggestions you may have. Cordially, Bobby Blackwell Email: info@omnitracks.com Omni Tracks, 779 Cromer Rd, Lexington, SC 29073
